"We arrived late on Saturday night to be met by the owner's agent who reassuringly left his 'phone number should we require any further help.
"The apartment was very clean with modern comfortable furnishings and a very modern fully fitted kitchen area. There were also many handy folders and leaflets provided with useful local information.
"There are two separate entrances to the apartment, one which gives access to the shopping and cafe area and one that leads directly onto the Promenade des Anglais with the famous Hotel Negresco just one block away. From here you are also within walking distance of many interesting areas of Nice.

"We were lucky enough to visit Nice during Carnival time and couldn't have asked for a better location to stay than Square Royal to enjoy the spectacle.
"This is a very well appointed apartment which benefits from 2 entrances to the building, one directly onto the Prommenade des Anglais for strolling/beach and the other, shopping for our morning croissants!
"We found previous visitor's notes on places to visit, museums, places to eat etc. most helpful in acquainting ourselves with the area. All in all, we made a great choice and definately want to return to Square Royal."

"We went on quite a few trips by bus and train which was really convenient and cheap! Weather was good and the Antique and flea market was fab! The Matisse gallery was great and we visited a lovely little French restaurant, you probably have been there. Along the Rue de France, straight across the Jean de Medicine square keep going till the restaurant is on the right hand side. Amazing food and great service.

"Try SHAPKOS JASS BAR in Old Town - excellent!! Live music. See Dimun Shapko play and Johnnys Wine Bar. Try Le Havane around the corner on Rue de France - good music and great cocktails!

"We stayed in the beautiful Square Royal Apartment during the last week of May. I had booked the trip as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday as I wanted to stay somewhere special that was really central and easy to get to.
"I searched for ages for an apartment as there are loads to choose from but this one stood out as it was so well finished and so close to the action and the beach.
"There was a bottle of rosé wine chilling for us in the fridge when we arrived which was so nice - I had mentioned it was a birthday treat - and we were met by the agent who let us in and showed us how everything worked.
"We would recommend staying here with out a doubt, it was so clean, new and stylish and all the cleaning and washing of bed stuff and towels was all included in the price!"
