Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Notes to the rental rates

There is a £20 supplement if the sofa-bed is required to cover extra bed-linen. Please advise us in advance so that we can inform our Agent.

No extra charge is made for electric or water although we do ask you to think of the environment and our bills!

Our English and French-speaking agent is on-hand for trouble-shooting should you need any assistance during your stay.

Bed linen, bathroom towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are all included.

A £150 cheque is required as security for breakages, damage etc. and will be returned to you or shredded unless it is necessary to make appropriate deductions once the apartment has been checked after your departure.

In high-season, rental is normally for a minimum of 1 week, Saturday-Saturday but we do try to be as flexible as possible so if this is the apartment for you, contact us and let us know your preferred requirements, ideally providing flexibility of dates too and we'll see if we can help.
