We acquired our delightful apartment in Nice in May 2007: it was love at first sight!
It is equipped with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, new kitchen-ware including iron and ironing board, all new furniture and fittings including an LCD screen with CD and DVD player.
The shower room, toilet, kitchen and breakfast bar and built-in fitted wardrobe are all top of the range and contribute to the chic, clean, modern and comfortable atmosphere.
Right on the Promenade des Anglais and 3 mins (max!) to the beach, the position of the apartment couldn't be better: fly in to Nice airport, hop on the airport bus to the Royal hotel, walk in to the apartment, change and 3mins later you can be on the beach soaking up the atmosphere and the sun or sipping a cocktail at a pavement café watching the world go by.
It doesn't get any better than this!
